New patients with Dr. Bryn Bentham

Dr. Bentham is currently accepting new patients primarily for focused musculoskeletal (MSK) care—localized muscle, joint, tendon or ligament concerns.

Focused MSK Assessment + Possible Treatment: 45 minutes | $350 These appointments can be booked online.

Dr. Bentham also has limited capacity for comprehensive care of complex health concerns.

**Comprehensive Initial Consultation: 60 minutes $425 — please call the clinic to discuss fit and availability.**

If no suitable appointment is immediately available, we can add you to Dr. Bentham’s Waitlist and contact you if an appropriate opening becomes available. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment.

Comprehensive care with Dr. Kat Townsley

Dr. Townsley is seeing patients at Spokes Clinic. Comprehensive Initial Consultation: 60 minutes | $300

Comprehensive consultation fees apply to appointments taking place on or after November 1, 2026, regardless of when they were booked.

Insurance and direct billing

Our clinic is located in British Columbia. Direct billing is currently available only to BC residents, subject to your insurance provider and individual benefit plan.

If you live outside BC, payment is required at your appointment. We will provide a receipt that you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement, subject to your plan’s coverage and eligibility requirements.

Dr. Kat Townsley ND

My interest in medicine grew out of a life spent riding horses and exploring mountain trails. I’ve always been curious about how our bodies work and what helps us feel well enough to do the things we love.

I have a particular interest in sports medicine, pain management, concussion recovery, headaches and migraines, and hormone health. When we work together, I’ll take time to hear your story and understand what matters to you. My approach combines evidence-informed naturopathic and conventional care, with practical steps and collaboration with your other healthcare providers.

I earned my naturopathic medical degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine’s Boucher Campus after completing a Bachelor of Science in Biology. My goal is to help you understand what may be contributing to your symptoms and feel confident participating in your care.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find me hiking with my Labrador, Chester, riding horses or tending my garden. I also enjoy slowing things down with a good book and time in the kitchen.

I’m registered with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia and a member of the British Columbia Naturopathic Association and Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.

My additional training and credentials include: Prescribing and IV therapies: pharmaceutical prescriptive authority, intravenous iron and nutrient therapy. Pain and musculoskeletal care: ultrasound-guided injections, prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), hyaluronic acid and corticosteroid injections, acupuncture, dry needling, and concussion, headache and migraine management.
